Well, you have two options:
Either you will wait until the server problems have been fixed
You would visit another Toshiba driver page for example the Toshiba Australian page to get the drivers: http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/download
Note: you will not find exactly the same notebook model as yours since your unit was released for European market but you could choose other C55-A series. The driver should be the same.
