AT200-100 will not start after turn off

Hi @ all,

i have a problem with my AT200-100 (bought @February 2012 in Hongkong).
Since some days i try to find a solution.
After using i turned the tablet off. When i like to start it again at the next day it goes just at the Welcome Screen "Toshiba ..." and then comes the sprinkling animation and then - nothing. Screen is black and start this animation again - without the "Welcome Screen" of Toshiba.
After a while of the animation the same occurs again and agian and again...

I tried to leave it on until there is no more Power, then i charged the tablet and tried again to start. Same situation again.
Anybody could tell me what to do?

Hi,

Sounds like Android has been corrupted, have you tried entering recovery mode and doing a factory reset?

no i didn't tried it yet.

How i can do that when the tablet not starts?

I read somewhere in the forum, that the recovery mode can be entered by turning the tablet on while pressing power on and volume-up at the same time (and leaving pressed). If that doesn't work try it with power-on and volume-down.

Hi ElTablette,
thanx for that info! I did it! Power Button and Volume up and just hold Volume up. That starts recovery mode.
I did a factory reset and will start now to make all updates...
