Satellite L850 - FN+F1-F12 no work any more

Hi,
After some modification to startup items and uninstall of some software, The FN and any functions key combination does not work any more.

TOSHIBA -> Tools & utilities -> Accessibility does not work too.

I restored all startup items as before but there is nothing
is there any driver or someother solution?

Reinstall Toshiba Value added package and check functionality again.
