WLAN issue with Satellite Pro L300 - always offline/online

Sorry for us english, we come from Germany.

Hello,

we have a problem with our old "Satellite Laptop per unit pslb1e-l300-165system 02200hru".
After some time we had to reinstall Windows XP. The software we have lost from the laptop. We have taken all the drivers from the Toshiba website.

Unfortunately, the laptop has problem with wireless connection. The connection will be interrupted from time to time and you have to restart your computer to connect to it again.
It may be that it is half an hour online, and then you fly from the Internet, with the other laptop remains on the line is always online. Previously, as old as the windows, there was not the problem.
We have taken a Realtek driver.

Can someone tell me why the computer has problems with WiFi? Is this the wrong driver? If so, how do I know which drivers can correct it?

Hi,

Try updating the Wireless LAN driver to a newer revision.

Uninstall the current Wifi driver then install the driver found on this website:
aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/index.php?page=downloads

Satellite L300-165 was delivered with original WXP recovery disc.
Have you reinstalled WXP using this disc or you have installed own operating system version?

Just for info: this notebook model has Realtek RTL8187B WLAN card inside and WLAN drivers support page is - http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/
