Satellite A300D - HDMI card but no HDMI port

My Satellite A300D-13G mounts an ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3400 series video card that can manage digital video output like DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort, but I have no HDMI (or DVI, or DP) port on my notebook.

It is possible to add this digital video output port?

You can add it as external device only. Google a bit around and pick up some information about that.

According notebook specification our notebook has 1 expresscard slot, so check in google if you can find some expresscard HDMI adaptor.
