when i put it in sleep mode it goes to sleep but when i come to boot, it dont wake up unless i take the battery out, put it back and turn on again.
What happens if you press Power button 4 sec long?
Please run a HDD recovery procedure: (F8, repair my computer -> Toshiba HDD recovery)
Don’t install any software but test the sleep mode immediately after HDD Recovery has been finished.
I think this could be a BIOS problem…
Keep an eye on the updates notifications and if new BIOS update would be available, download it from Toshiba European driver page and update it.
I read in different forums about similar issues on other notebooks and BIOS update solved this.
Will Toshiba Tempro tell me about bios update and install it automatically or i need to install it manually ?
because in other notebooks, other manufacturer support assistant automatically bring updates of drivers to you, you only need to select and press install.
Tempro will notify you if new BIOS has been uploaded.
But I recommend you downloading such BIOS manually from the Toshiba European driver page and then to run a update…
Read the also FAQ: how to update the BIOS before starting such procedure.
is there any other solution for this problem, because it really disturb me.
Solution is not known to me but a friend of mine has an similar notebook and everything seems to be ok… so BIOS seems to be ok…
Maybe an technician should take a look to the notebook.
