Dynadock U3.0 - after use - "Blue Screen" and System Restore required

Hello,

Everytime after I used my new Dynadock U3.0 and I shut down the computer, a system restore is required when I use the computer again.

I use a Samsung 900X4B. Could it be the Notebook or is something wrong with the Dynadock?

What could be the problem? (I use the latest drivers)

Thank you for helping.

Hi

Did you disconnect the Dynadock by Utility before shutting down the notebook?
Do that.
An Dynadock icon should be visible in the task bar.
Please make sure you disconnect Dynadock by utility first, and remove the connection of dynadock afterwards. Then shut down the notebook.

Furthermore you should install the latest display driver for Dynadock which you can get here:

Thank you.

I tried to disconnect the Dynadock using the icon on the right side.
I installed the newest driver, including the displaylink softwarev 6.3.
I also dissabled the virus scanner.

However, evertime I restart the notebook the system needs to be repaired or restored.

I did not matter, if I left the USB-link attached or detached it after using the icon on the right side to shut down the dynadock.

I tried all possible modulations.

Another dockingstation (USB2.0) is working fine. I also can remove or attach during work without problems.

May be I miss something.

Thank you.

Hi

Don’t think you miss something….Maybe there is something wrong with the preinstalled system on your notebook.

I recommend testing your Dynadock in connection with other computer/notebook and check if the same happens to the other computer/notebook.

If the same would not happen, there is definitely no problem with your Dynadock but with your system preinstalled on the notebook.

Despite all the updates, also recent ones:

Once the notebook NP9004XB was connected to the Dynadock and it restarts, the systems needs to be restored.

As this problem is not occuring using other docking-stations, I assume that there is an error within the Dynadock system.

If anybody could help I would be happy, therefore the money would not be lost.

With best greetings.

Make sure you have the latest Dynadock drivers, and also update the DisplayLink driver to 6.3M or higher.
