Satellite P850 - Media lag while listning on spotify or seing a movie

Hi
While I'm listening on spotify or seing a movie, theres a small lag in both audio and picture every 10 or 20 minute.
I bought this laptop 3 days ago and haven't used it that much. Any idea how I can fix this?
Could it be something wrong in the hardware and what do I do in that case?

The support asked me to have high power performance and so on. I have even rebooted the computer to what it was in the beginning but nothing have worked.

It have come to my knowledge that high DPC is the problem. That I have to disable the power management of the WiFi Network adapter in Device Manager. However, I can't find the solution to how I'm going to do this.

The driver that is causing my problem is called ndis.sys - NDIS 6.20-driver, Microsoft Corporation
(That's what the program LatencyMon is telling me anyway)'

Anyone know what I'm supposed to do?

Hi

It looks like the short interrupts have been caused by stressed CPU.

It’s necessary to find out what process cause this interrupts.
As mentioned in the other forums, tools like “DPC Latency Checker” and “LatencyMon” are great tools to get some details and information about drivers causing this issue.
