Store TV+ Lan still not working!

What a shame!
My Store TV+ is still not working! I cant transfer big files using lan.
I contacted Toshiba via Phone and email and I didnt get solutions for it.

Toshiba:
Nobody can transfer big files from pc to store tv+ using ethernet lan so you are a liar!!!!!

There is a new firmware available for StorE TV plus:
Actually its v 2.12_UI1.0

Did you already update the firmware?
I read in different forums that this would help to sort out this issue.

Another solution: RichCopy
Its freeware...
