Cannot repair after Win32/Olmaric.AYA

Have been infected by Olmaric virus and want to repair boot sector, but although I can boot into windows, when I boot from a Windows CD the operating system is not found. This is a Win7 64 bit operating system and I get the same "load drivers" message with both Win7 32 bit and Vista 64 bit DVD. As there are no SATA drivers for this laptop (Satellite C560D) I wonder if would get a different result if I track down Win7 64 bit DVD? Any other ideas?
I have tried to repair using Paragon disk manager also. From command prompt bootrec /fixmbr seems to work, but bootrec /fixboot give me Volume does not contain a recognised file system. Have used new Nod32 from USB disk which finds but cannot remove Win32/Olmaric.AYA Trojan. Nod32 finds same unfixable problem from within Windows; Malwarebytes can find no problems now.
