Qosmio X870 - 3D Vision not working

I have just purchased a Toshiba Qosmio X870, and its fantastic but I can't seem to enable the nVidia 3D Vision.

I open up the stereoscopic 3D and go into the setup wizard, I have wireless 3d glasses (fully charged), go to the next screen and the next button is disabled.

I have the glasses on pointing at the screen - what am I doing wrong? (Nvidia drivers installed, 296.31)

Hi,

Have you installed or uninstalled anything related to graphics and 3D?

Make sure you have the preinstalled nVidia driver supplied out of the box.

If you have the factory driver installed, try a system restore or run recovery.

I have the same problem
I get my x870 3 days back
and I tried to activate the 3D but I couldn't
all updates are there, no app have been removed
but it seems like the computer is not detecting the built in IR emitter

any solution??
