Been trying to help my boss with an issue his laptop seems to be having. His computer has not been able to get on with wifi.

Doesn't even recognize its there. I did some research and tried to install new drivers and flash cards cause the Fn+F8 button doesn't work. When you hit them, the screen will show the rest of the F buttons, but F8 is not there.

To no avail, nothing.

Hardware issue?
Pedro

At first you should tell us which notebook model has your boss?
Which operating system is installed?
Is notebook preinstalled with original Toshiba recovery image (factory settings)?
Is WLAN card recognized properly in device manager?

....
I mean without some basic info it is not easy to start serious discussion, isn’t it?
