This issue is for authorized service, so please don’t do anything on your own, especially if you don’t have experience with notebook disassembling.

Is notebook’s warranty still valid?

Hi

I assume your internal display is affected. But you can also connect an external monitor to the notebook in order to check if the same would be visible on 2nd display.
If 2nd external monitor is not affected, then this means that your GPU is OK and the internal display is faulty.

However, this is a job for an notebook technician… so would be recommended to get in touch with ASP in your country to get this solved.

Hi

Houseplant has your screen been fixed as I have exactly the same screen. I have only had my laptop for 2 months and bought new.

What should I do?
Thanks
