Hi,

Today I downloaded HDTune Pro program and when I looked at the Health tap there was a few yellow lines.
Below I put a link to the print screen that you could see that error. I will be grateful if you could tell me do I need to visit Toshiba service.

Hi

HDTune is not known to me but you can also check the HDD using a tool called Drive Fitness Test. The tool is freeware and can be downloaded from several websites.

Generally speaking if the HDD is working ok, you don’t need the service but I recommend backup the data always in case the HDD would start to malfunction.

Of course you can get in contact with a local ASP and can ask for advice too…
