Portege R830-10V - How to get Print Screen key to work? (PRTSC)

Please help. I am new to the Toshiba. My print screen key doesn't do anything and I need to use it every day.

Sorry but i dont understand what do you mean exactly.
Maybe stupid question now but what should happen when you use PRTSC button?

Hi

Pressing PRTSC button copies the screen shot of the display in the Systray.
Then you can use the CTRL + V key combiantion to past this printscreen in Word or other image editig software.

Does it work for you?
How the PRTSC is marked on the button? Is it marked grey?
If yes, then this means that you will need to press FN + PRTSC to print the screen
