Camileo P10: bad avi quality but good on youtube

Hi guys

I'm having a problem with my Toshiba Camileo P10
I shot this in full hd, it looks good on the camera monitor but when i copy the *.avi file into my computer it looks like this

but when i upload it to youtube it looks just fine

i found a guy who had the same problem on youtube but there is nothing that can help solving my camcorder's problem

Hi

I’m a little bit confused: the uploaded movie looks ok but the movie on your HDD looks like it would be parted.
Did you try to play this file using different movie players like VLC player or similar?
How about recording the movie using different resolutions? Is the same issue visible?
Did you install all required codex? Install the K-Lite codec package and try to play this file again.

thanks for your help but unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem:(
Yyes i've already installed klite mega codec
i tried to play that file by VLC,WMP and WPC,the results are all the same.

That issue appear only when i record videos in FH but 1 more thing; when i edit recored videos in any resolutions with video editing software, like sony vegas, there are no audio track at all@@, just the video track.

Hi

The camcorder seems to record the movies in .MOV files format.
This is a apple standard video format and means QuickTime MOVie.
try to play the movie using an Quick Time.

The missing sound might be a problem of missing codec.
Try to install some codec packages like Win7codecs or K-Lite codec.

Furthermore you can also try to use an software called “ANY Video Converter” and convert the mov to MPEG-II.
You can also try a tool called “SUPER 2012” .
Then the original soundtrack should be available and you could edit this movie using other editing software.
