Good Day

I upgraded my Satellite A100-232 last night to Windows 7 32bit. The installation went according to plan and everything installed perfectly. My problem i am experiencing is that the display is only covering 75% of the screen. The resolution was 800x600 and I changed it to 1024x768. This made the screen a bit bigger but still not fitting in the whole screen.

Can someone please assist with this problem?

Is this notebook model supported for Win7?
Have you downloaded and installed right display driver?

By the way: which A100 do you have exactly?

Hi

I think you have chosen wrong display resolution.
You need to choose the 1280 x 800 px
Are you able to choose this?

Hi

I did not install any display drivers. I only have the two display options: 800x600 and 1024x768.
I will try download display drivers and see if that makes a difference

Yes, seems you need to download and to install an compatible Win 7 driver in order to get the native resolution.
