Satellite C655 will not boot

My Satellite C655 has ablinking cursor and will not boot.

Any suggestions

Of course I don’t know why this happen and what have you done exactly.
Maybe more than one sentence in your posting would help to understand your problem.

Anyway, try please to press F8 after start-up and enter “Advanced boot options”. Is this possible?
Can you start preinstalled OS in safe mode?

Start notebook, enter BIOS settings, set it to default settings and after restart try to enter advanced boot options.

It will be nice if you can send some feedback if you can start preinstalled OS in safe mode. If not try to reinstall OS using original Toshiba recovery image.

I had similar issue with such blinking cursor in the left upper corner.
In my case the HDD was faulty and I had to replace this part.
Legend
Master: 700 + pts
Scholar: 300 - 699 pts
Aficionado: 150 - 299 pts
Enthusiast: 50 - 149 pts
Beginner: 0 - 49 pts
