Satellite A660 works with 2GB RAM only

Hi
please help me my laptop is Satellite A660 psaw3ew it was works good when it was supply with 6GB ram and i extend ram to 8 G.B and it works good until it stop boot and then i remove the whole Ram and now it is only works with 2 G.B Ram please help me

To be honest I don’t know how to help. What happen when you test it with original memory modules that you got with your notebook?
Is whole RAM amount recognized in BIOS?

Yes the whole Ram was discover by bios and even Now if i put 8 GB ram the bios see it but it could not log into Windows thnks for help

In my opinion RAM amount or RAM upgrade has nothing to do with Windows login.
What happen exactly?
Do you use password for Win login?

What happen exactly when you press power button?

What happen is my laptop works good when i put 2G.B ram only if i put anything Higher it will be stop working after Bios page start then it apper a black page and stop working ..

Hi

There are two possibilities: either the RAM modules are faulty/damage/not compatible or one of the memory slots is damaged.

I think you should test every RAM module in each slot to discover the issue
