Dismantled Journe scanner - need help

I took apart my Journe scanner in an attempt to clean the roller but cant put it back together again! It has two springs that I cant work out where they go.

Can I pay Toshiba to clean and re-assemble it for me?

Contact nearest Toshiba service provider and ask for help.
