All you can do is to order new recovery disc.

You can do this on https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

Unfortunately xaver is right. You must order original Toshiba recovery disc if you cannot use recovery data saved on your notebook or if your recovery DVD doesn’t work properly.

Recovery image cannot be downloaded.
