I would like to change the adress and name of my Qosmio X770 10G but since I have the invoice, the date of buy and the serial needed, I dont have the email asked and cant opbtai it cause the previous owner of this Qosmio is now unreachable ( and not juridically obligated to give me his email adress but have given me the original invoice for the notebook to change the owner at toshiba)
Please what is the way to chage that in your database ?
Contact nearest Toshiba service provider and ask for help. They can contact Toshiba directly and help you.
You can also try to call Toshiba hotline and ask for some tip.
