No TOSHIBA recovery media creator on Satellite R830-182

I've just purchased an R830-182, everytime I start it up, "TOSHIBA Recovery Reminder" pops up to tell me to run "TOSHIBA Recovery Media Creator", however, no such application appears to exist anywhere on the machine. Any ideas where I can find this?

It should be listed under start > all programs > Toshiba. Either in this folder or in “Utilities”.
Please check it and send some feedback.

It wasn't in All-Programs/TOSHIBA/ or All-Programs/TOSHIBA/Utilities/, and it wasn't called "TOSHIBA Recovery Media Creator" either. A random search for just "Recovery Media Creator" turned up a link to it in just All-Programs/ with all the other chaff that lives there.
