Am trying to get access to the bios setup of Motherboard to check boot priority order.
I am trying to format my PC using a DVD but its not working.
I checked the DVD on other PC and its working properly!
You can access the boot menu without changing the boot order in the BIOS.
Power up the notebook and press F12. Usually you should get an boot menu where you could choose the CD/DVD drive as booting device.
PS: I would recommend creating an Toshiba Recover disk firstly before formatting the notebook!
Best way to start with optical disc drive as first bootable device is to pres F12 after start-up.
Using F12 you will enter boot menu. When the menu is shown put DVD into ODD, choose CD/DVD device in the list and press ENTER. This will force your ODD to be first bootable device and installation should start in few seconds.
