Toshiba AT100 tablet reboot problem

Hi all,

this probably isn't the place to ask but not sure where.

I'm currently experiencing a problem where the Opening sequence keeps popping up every 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Did you try to reset the AT100?
To perform the factory data reset, follow the steps below:
Click on Apps > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset tablet > Erase Everything.
The factory data reset will be done.

It seems that I will need to make a factory data reset to upgrade my new AT100-100 to 3.2.1 ...

However will I not lose all my Android Market apps? or by just logging in to the Market Place again, I will be able to re-install them as I paid for them, or do I need to backup something?

An answer to this might allow me to upgrade without grief... :)
