Serial number unknown and warranty confirmation

Hi

I've juste bought a Satellite C660. I have followed the procedure to register the warrany but I've not received any confirmation by mail.
When I enter my serial number on the Toshiba site, it is said that my product is unkonwn.

Can you tell me how to get a confirmation of my registration ?
Also I would like to extend my warranty but I dont know how to do.

Thanks. Now I can see my product.
Can you tell me why expiration date of EMEA warranty is 2012-11-14 whereas I've bought it on 2012-02-19 ?
I thought it was at least one year.

Sorry but I don’t know why. You can contact nearest Toshiba service provider and ask fr help. They can check all this.
