Recovery discs creation doesn’t finish properly

Okay so i did the Toshiba recovery disk creator ... I took me 3cds and i've done this 4times so far, but this time after the second disk, when i put in the third one it goes up to 89% and it freezes.

I've been trying to solve the problem for 2 days, so if anyone can help me that would be great. I can also send you a picture of the screen so you can see what's the problem. At the end says " Boot MGR is missing", and says press alt + ctrl+ delete to restart... HEELLPP! thanks

Can you please tell us which empty media do you use?
Do you use DVD-R format?

Best format for recovery disc creation is DVD-R. In the past I’ve noticed some problems with DVD+R or RW so I recommend you to test it with high quality DVD-R discs.

If the same problem occurs again and again then there must be some problem with recovery image saved on the HDD.
