How to stop ConfigFree message?

I get message ConfigFree - Det här programmet fungerar bara i ett Toshiba-System, när Windows 7 har startat.
How can I stop this?

First of all the ConfigFree is an Toshiba utility and should run only on Toshiba notebooks.
Do you use this on a Toshiba notebook with preinstalled Win7?

If yes, then I would recommend reinstalling this software. The ConfigFree software can be downloaded from Toshiba European driver page!

but if you don't use this software, you can remove this from the system
