AT100-100 - update from android 3.1 to 3.2 or 4.x

Yesterday i bought my 1st tablet at100 :-) :-)
Who can tell me, if there is an aviability to update 3.1 or 3.2 or 4.x and how to install it.

Hi,

Check for updates in the Toshiba Service Station utility, there should be an icon in the status bar and in the Apps listing. You need to have a direct internet connection over Wireless LAN, I don't think it works if you are behind a proxy (corporate network for example).

I know 3.2 is available, but I have doubts 4.0 will be available on this device.

Hi there.
Could you perhaps provide me link with info on what the update provides.
my tablet won't update. It says there are no updates avialible.

the same is with my AT100. I read that the update is not so "worldshaking" - only the reaction time when u turn the tablet is better.

I sent a mail to Toshiba's support about this issue and got the following response:

"Hello.

Just because the update for android to version 3.2 has been released for the american market it does not automatically mean that there is the same release date for the european market.

It has however been confirmed that an update to version 3.2 will be available soon (depending of course on the development time of the european language packs)."

So basically I have to wait for some ridiculous "language" pack regardless of the fact that I run everything in english.

Toshiba, get a grip. I work in a world wide software development company myself and localization is not this hard.

You complain about having to wait about language packs but remember that the Americans don't speak English so unless you want to run your tablet in some foreign language then you have to wait ;)

The Android 3.2 for AT100 seems to be available in EU.
The update should be distributed via Service Station… so check this app…

hey im from austria and i still cant get the android 4.04 update for toshiba at100-100. Doe anybody knows anything about this.

I read on different mobile blogs, that ICS for AT100 was released this week in some few European countries.
All other countries should get the update during the next days.

You should check the service station from time to time because the update can be received via preinstalled service station app.

thanks for the answer, it has been a week and still nothing, no update... Ill be checking for update and will post if there is some change in status quo :)
