Not sure what you are talking about but all touchpad settings can be found in control panel -> mouse -> advanced tab -> advanced settigns

Check the options available there…Maybe you can find something which would be related to your question…

Hello,

it happens when i move quickly the mouse.

i've tried to reproduce it and i succeeded but i pressed on ctrl and and i moved up the mouse and the text of the page got bigger, if i press ctrl and i move down the text gets smaller.

i tried to make a screenshot but when i pasted it on paint the mouse pointer was absent.

so it's not possible excepted with a digital camera.

i'll retry with my phone's camera.

i haven't enabled anything anywhere it came with the computer and came back after a full windows reinstall

it's possibly the palm check option. i've just set it up to minimal it prevents from touching the touchpad accidentally and blocks the pointer.

i'm not sure at all because it still happens (and annoys me) even after setting it up to minimal.

Check the tab called “Pointer” (second from left)
Here you can change the pointer

hello,

it's not a problem about the shape of my pointer, it's a problem when i move my pointer in a certain way, the pointer changes itself to be a scroller i guess.

The reason why you get a different pointer is because the touchpad has some special features, (such as when you move your finger along the right edge of the touchpad, you get scroll, or when you use both fingers, you can increase/decrease the size of the image). In conclusion this is something normal, if that was what you were wondering.
