Mouse stopped scrolling on Satellite T130

hello , this is driving me mad , is there a fix for it ?

cheers , works as it should but nither scrolling option works

Have you checked all touchpad settings?

Touchpad scrolling can be enabled and disabled in touchpad settings.
Control panel -> mouse -> Device settings -> Advanced setting (button)

Now quite sure how this option is called exactly but go through the available options…
