Hi
You can try to change the game settings: for example set down the graphic details.
You could also try to increase the computer’s memory.
But note: the game performance depends on the notebook’s hardware.
Even if you are able to run the game, this does not mean that you will get the best gaming performance… you know…

Well i have 4 gb ram, intel core i3 cpu with 2.40 gh
ati radeon hd 5470
The thing is , that i can update the video card, the new driver says that the driver is not for this video card which is really weird since the ati detection program finds the corect details but the driver setup still says that the card is not the right one for the driver
WHY DOES THE LAPTOP ADVERTISE Direct X 11 SINCE IT CAN RUN THOSE GAMES
i really want to burn that sticker and windows experience rating gives a 5.0 with a 5.0 at the video card,
someone told me reinstalling the driver makes it work i tried but with no succes

Well, not quite sure what games you are trying to play but require to read some articles about the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470. for example this:
Due to the higher clock rate (and GDDR5 support), the 3D gaming performance should be above the HD 4570 (predecessor with same TDP range). Therefore, all current games should be playable in low-medium details. Demanding games, like Crysis, NFS Shift, or Modern Warfare ran on the HD 4570 for example only in low detail settings fluently. Less demanding games like Left 4 Dead should run in high detail settings.

So it depends always on the game and the requirements to the hardware

When purchasing PC games you need to check all of the minimum system requirements, not just the DirectX version. DirectX is basically just a hardware to software interface for programmers.
For a game to perform well, follow the games recommended specifications, for example:
Intel Core 2 Quad or Equivalent AMD CPU
4 GB RAM
DirectX 11
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX 512 MB or ATi Radeon HD 5550 512 MB
Windows XP (Service Pack 3), Windows Vista, or Windows 7
25 GB Hard Drive space
Steam account
