My Satellite Pro laptop has died

I have a Satellite Pro laptop, the battery ran down and the laptop shut down. I’ve plugged the charger in but nothing happens, not even a light so I tried another charger but that didn’t work, so I tried another fully charged battery and that has not worked.

Any help please

Hello

Remove the battery and connect AC adapter only. Is LED for AC adapter ON?
What happen when you press power button? Any reaction?

Remove the battery and test if you can start notebook with original AC power supply only

If not, if the same problem is there I’m afraid there must be some problem with power supply electronic.

Check to see that no foriegn objects are floating around / lodged in the laptop as this can sometimes cause this problem.
