To be honest this message is not known to me although the same tool runs on my machine.

Try to reinstall Toshiba Value added package.

Do you use original Toshiba recovery image (operating system) that you got with your notebook?

Make backup and install OS using HDD recovery installation. Test it please with “factory settings”.

If the same problem will occurs again I recommend you to contact nearest Toshiba service and ask for help. Maybe the HDD must be exchanged.

I think the Toshiba preinstalled HDD Protection software creates this error message.
You can disable the HDD protection software to put off this error message/alert.
but you could also try to run the Toshiba recovery in order to set the notebook back to factory settings and to check if this error would appear using new preinstalled OS.
