Since there seems to be no solution the question occurs, how to access the hardware-data of ACPI-functions with Linux (Ubuntu).

The Windows device management shows a driver for controlling fan and temperature. Thus apparently there is the option of accessing and controlling the hardware. The question remains, how to read or conbtrol them from Linux.

Searching in /proc/acpi didn't show up results.
Maybe in the /sys area.
Someone here to give a hint on this issue?

The Linux feature ASPM will save some power but is by default not enabled
You could try to enable this manually using the parameter:

pcie_aspm=force
