I am unable to use Toshiba disc creator

Can anyone please help?

My Toshiba Satellite had to be restored to factory settings, and since this I am unable to use disc creator I keep getting message say error code 32007c-26-00000001. I read on here someone else had the same trouble and uninstalled the programme the reinstalled it but how do I reinstall the programme when I don’t have the disk as it was pre installed on my pc.

Any help would be most helpful.

Can you please tell us which notebook model do you have?

Can you start recovery installation using HDD recovering mode as described on http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD1303440001R01.htm ?

After reading such answer I think nobody here can help you especially if you cannot understand technical instructions. Ask someone with good PC knowhow for help.
