Satellite L750 (PSK30E) - bluetooth problem

Since the other thread was closed already and suggestions from there didnt give me help i have to ask again,

I bought Satellite L750-PSK30E version i'm having same issues what the other L750 bluetooth problem is regarding.
I installed Win 7 PRO -64 bit, and after that every driver i could find under driver list with WITH intel, then bluetooth driver, and then stack, but stack isn't installing correctly, telling me to switch on BT when i do it
with FN+F8.
It says i'm keep missing ToshDpAPI.dll, even though i installed atheros filter before?

Also when i restart computer wifi goes searching for a second, then says there is no connections.
When you switch off and on from quick switch (FN+F8) it works fine?

Wierdest thing is that i installed the same computer, which I bought for my brother and it works fine witout any issues?
What should I do?

Do not tell me to reinstall wifi and BT drivers/stack, cause i have done it numerous times and it isnt worked this far.

Every driver I have installed are all downloaded from toshiba drivers selection and 64 bit.

Many people have different problems after own OS installation. Problem is that all drivers, tools and utilities should be installed in right installation order. Maybe you have installed your notebook a little bit different that laptop of your brother.

Here is the right install order for Win7 64bit:

If you will not find some of them on Toshiba download page it must not be installed and it is ncluded in original recovery image only.

Please check this list and maybe you should try to install OS again following this installation order.

You said that the BT works properly on other, same computer which you bought for the brother:

This means that the BT software is OK and there must be a issue with the installed OS!
So I agree with other user above.
Should try to reinstall the whole system again… maybe it helps!
Sorry if you don’t want to hear that but this sounds plausible for me…

And you are incorrect again.
Since both OS's were installed with same disc but diffrent code :).

If you read my first post then i said there that i reinstalled OS(that includes deleting and creating new partitions) multiple times from scratch.

I read the other similar thread which is few posts below but closed.I read this thread inside and out before creating new one.
I tried every solution suggested in other thread.

Such a dissapointing forum, all you suggest is "reinstall, refomat, os is bad"

This is a big community and there are many other users who are profoundly grateful to find solutions about different issues in this forum… everyone try to help others and try to provide the best solution.

Regarding your issue:

You mentioned something about “Missing ToshdpAPI.dll.”

Try also to reinstall the BT using different installation ways:
Installation instructions:

Normal installation
  • Extract the zip-file and double click the exe-file.

Unattended installation
  • Extract the zip-file and execute the exe-file.
  • Installation Wizard.
  • Open the extracted folder Bluetooth stack folder
  • Execute the "silent_install.bat" file as Administrator (Vista, Windows 7: Right click the file "silent_install.bat" and select "Run as administrator")

Remove the Bluetooth-stack
  • By command line:
Remove Bluetooth stack only, but keep Bluetooth devices settings:
msiexec.exe /x"{CEBB6BFB-D708-4F99-A633-BC2600E01EF6}" /qn

Remove Bluetooth stack and Bluetooth devices settings:
msiexec.exe /x"{CEBB6BFB-D708-4F99-A633-BC2600E01EF6}" /qn DELETEALL=1

  • Manually:
Start Bluetooth Bluetooth-stack installer or
Use "Start -> Control Panel-> Add or Remove Programs -> Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba"

And once again you are incorrect, if you dont know don't post random README.txt content.

You can close the topic since there is no such people who knows what they are talking.

Every problem cant be solved saying "REINSTALL DRIVERS or OS".
