qosmio f60 / win 7 64 bit / 8gb ram / 1gb video card..
date of purchase: June 2011
issue: audio and video distortion when playing a media file
steps done:
(1) updated audio & video drivers>>updated bios>>sent to Toshiba UAE;reformatted>> replaced speakers; even CPU>>(funny thing when im not connected online using wifi, all is well and ok)>>dealers replaced wireless nic>> NO SUCCESS still having issues..
(2) researched some threads>>reinstalled SATA drivers>>updated IRST from intel>>still no luck>>uninstalled IRST>>used Mirosoft AHCI>>updated HDD and PC health monitor>>disabled all of them>> still unlucky (this solutions came from TOSHIBA itself from their technical knowledge base)
dealers can't identify the problem..i followed the technical knowledge base and still not solved..
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS ANNOYING ISSUE?! IT IS GETTING NOWHERE>>
Toshiba tech support, please help me resolve this matter...i just bought it recently and i haven't enjoyed it at all. Its not worth it...
