Cannot install Bluetooth stack on Satellite L755-1CD

Hi,

I have my satellite L since a month, last week i tried to activate the bluetooth.....and what a bad surprise when i discovered that it is not recognised !

The stack program launched but didn't recognize the bluetooth material.
I installed the last bluetooth stack from toshiba support pages...and still the problem exists !!!!!!

IMPOSSIBLE to install it, since the bluetooth material is not detected !!!
Here is a copy of the error message in french !

I tried to use a Live CD of Ubuntu...it says that the material doesn't existe either.

I also made an update of the Bios (v 2.0)...NOTHING :'(

Hi

This notebook does not support the internal BT module and it’s also not equipped with a WLan card which would support the BT feature.
This is the reason why the BT stack cannot be installed

I found info that this notebook doesn't have internal BT module.
That’s the reason why you cannot install BT stack.

OMG !!!

I am sooo disappointed :'(
I didn't even see that this computer wasn't equiped with Bluetooth ???!!!!!!!!!!!!

How could it be !!!!! for this price ???
Even a basic phone has the bluetooth !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Impossible to imagine it :'( :'(

Toshiba leading technology they say ???? i understand now...it was in the 80's/90's

I can understand you that you are disappointed because of BT missing but there are different Satellite L755 on the market witch different hardware configurations…
So other L755 supports Bluetooth technology.
