Can't update toshiba journE touch

I can not update the JournE Touch . On the display appears constantly "updating..." more than 30 minutes. I've tried many times without result.
The device is turned on only to the welcome screen.."toshiba". What's the problem? Please help me.

Hi

If the system hangs and the power button does not work, use a pointed object, such as a pen, to slide the Reset button (which is placed at the bottom) to the left first and then to the right.
Press and hold the Power button for about 2 seconds to turn on your JOURN.E TOUCH.

Now the JournE Touch should be reset.
