Error with CD/DVD creator software

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place but I have a problem. My CD/DVD burning software has gone, dunno when or where, its just gone

I downloaded it again from somewhere and get this error -
Error Code: 32007C-49-00000001

Can someone help me?

Do you mean the CD/DVD creator software of Toshiba or another one and when do you get this error message exactly?
Where have you downloaded the software?

Usually the Toshiba disc creator can be downloaded on official Toshiba website itself.

But you should check on control panel > uninstall software if an older version is still installed. If yes remove it and restart your computer. Then start with installation of new software.

Yeah, couldnt remember what it was called lol. Thanks, it wouldnt let me uninstall, said it was missing but it was there on the list. Gonna reboot & try again, fingers crossed, if that doesnt work I'll just go with Nero.

Btw the message comes when I try to open it, it flags up at least 5 times in a row & is a nightmare to get rid of it.
