Satellite C660-15K - how to enable wifi module?

Laptop has no mechanical switch of WiFi module.
What utility or driver should be installed to enable WiFi module?

Driver of a network card installed without any problems, in the properties of the computer module is active and enabled, but does not see the available networks.

Toshiba assistant at the same time said that the module is disabled..

Please help!!

You have to enable the Wlan using FN + F8 key combination.
Did you try that?

If this will not work then you should install the VAP (value added package) and Flash Card Support Utility which controls the FN buttons.

Hey,

If you are using the preinstalled Windows version from Toshiba you have to press FN+F8 key combination to enable the WLAN function. That’s all.
It’s also described in your user manual

If it doesn’t work you should reinstall Value Added Package and Flash Cards Support Utility as Paolo30 wrote. Both tools can be downloaded on Toshiba website.
