How do i opt out of receiving e-mails from this forum as i no longer use it,Thanks

Hi

You can disable the “Watches” in your Forum Control Panel.

If you are logged to this forum then you should go to Control Panel (on the right side in the Welcome box).
There you will find another box on the right.

Here you will see option “Your Watches”.

Here you have to disable the options:

Always watch threads I create
Always watch threads I replay
