I can't use regular internet explorer, only the 64bit, i also can't connect to Skype or MSN because of a 'connection problem' but I've tried plugging my internet into different computers and the programs work fine.
I've troubleshooted, played around with the firewall settings and I've also changed internet providers but still encounter the same problem. When i first got my laptop I could use normal internet explorer, and I managed to sign into Skype once or twice but then something happened and now it cant.
Can anyone help?
Which notebook model do you have?
Which operating system do you use?
Do you use original preinstalled recovery image?
Which connection do you use (LAN/WLAN)?
For better understanding send us more info about your notebook and connectivity.
Windows 7 Home Premium, it's a sattelite with a pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4500 @ 2.30GHz, 2.00GB RAm, 64-bit operating system and a 3.3 windows experience index rating.. not sure if this is what you're after. The internet connection is a wireless USB
As far as I know Wireless USB is not offered by Toshiba so if you have connection problems either contact wireless USB manufacturer or your internet provider.
Check also all WLAN settings on your notebook and router (if you have one). I am pretty sure your described issue is related to some wrong WLAN settings.
