NB305 - Would new OS insatllation void warranty?

If I reinstall my Toshiba NB305 netbook with Windows XP Professional, will it void the warrant which it is still under.

No. You can install whatever you want. Before you do this be sure you have created recovery media for original recovery image installation.
How it works and how to do this must be described in User’s manual document.

The warranty will be available even if you would install any other OS on this NB305
