Cannot print on Toshiba e-studio163

I have a Toshiba e-studio163 plugged by UBS to a pc. I share the printer to other pcs can access it too. but the problem is when the other pcs in network install the printer, after installation successful, when i send a file to print, it doesn't print nothing at all. And i get an error "Invalid identifier". I tried do install several times in different computers and i get always the same thing. Can anyone know what is the problem ?

Obs:The computers are working in workgroup and in win XP.

Have you tried to talk with local admin in your company about all this?
Unfortunately this is forum for “Computer Systems” and some Toshiba options but I doubt here is some “printer specialist”.
