I don’t know if this message is NOD32 message or related to some Windows options but fact is that Toshiba notebooks are not delivered with NOD32 so if you have problem with it contact their support and ask for help.
On this forum we discuss about general Toshiba issues and Toshiba specific stuff but if you have problems with third part software or hardware then you should contact manufacturer and their support.
Anyway, I agree with Jeka. Check all NOD32 settings and see if you can change anything there.
