Hello Support, I have a little problem with my laptop.
I have a Satellite A300 216 with Win7-32, NOD32 Antivirus, all original Toshiba drive.
The problem is this:

1, When I try to open some programs that work here at 90% of the attempts I get a message that they have been blocked by firewall or antivirus software.
Off all anti-virus and firewall to be able to launch them, but block them the same and always gives me that message before.

2 ° I close the error window for the browser to download any updates (far, so good, it does when I close the program), but the sudden exit error that the page is locked or the servers and offline. I tried changing the browser from firefox, flock, IE9, Mozzila, nothing to do.

From the PC of my son, everything is normal programs to open, does not give me the server error pages or the internet and he has a Toshiba laptop with Win7 -
64, but with more than 2 years old

Can you help me find where it hides to correct or eliminate this problem?

I don’t know if this message is NOD32 message or related to some Windows options but fact is that Toshiba notebooks are not delivered with NOD32 so if you have problem with it contact their support and ask for help.

On this forum we discuss about general Toshiba issues and Toshiba specific stuff but if you have problems with third part software or hardware then you should contact manufacturer and their support.

Anyway, I agree with Jeka. Check all NOD32 settings and see if you can change anything there.
