I don’t think you will get an answer from Toshiba because it’s just an user to user forum only where you can discuss with normal people like you and me... I never saw an official answer from Toshiba here…
Furthermore if it’s a hardware malfunction you need help from an authorized service provider and even Toshiba could do nothing if the hardware must be replaced.
I’m sure you can fix this problem with an ASP!
