You must know that you can’t contact Toshiba. That’s not a contact person if you have problems with your notebook.
If you have several problems you can ask here in forum and discuss with other Toshiba users or you contact an authorized service provider. The technicians can repair your notebook if there is a hardware problem and you can get spare parts from them.
You can get in contact with your local ASP.
ASP means Toshiba Authorized Service Provider in your country.
In most cases the ASP should be able to help you… if the guys would recognize not known issue then they will be able to forward the issue to Toshiba .
