Secondany screen problem on Libretto W100-106
Posted: 04-Oct-2010 09:30

I can't get the cursor onto the seconday screen. It registers that I am touching it as it will move the cursor on the top screen if in normal mode. And when I rotate it to 'book' mode I get the same problem. As in the right screen will not have the cursor on it but will still register being touched by moving the cursor on the left screen. Can anybody help?

Have you found solution to this?
Yesterday I saw this new Libretto by my local dealer. I’ve checked how it works a little bit and if I’m remembering well there was not problem to move cursor on secondary screen.

When this has happened to me, I found that part of my palm was touching the lower screen and Iwas touching the other part of the screen with a finger...we only have two point touch on these...

Helpful
Hi guys, had the same problem but fixed it.

1: Open control panel
2: Click on Tablet PC Settings
3: Click setup (configure your pen and touch displays)
4: Touch the top screen twice, press enter*
5: Touch bottom screen twice, press enter (will register as touching the top screen, ignore)
6: Should work again!

Took me a bit to realize I had to click there, with the whole "pen" thing.

*An external keyboard is good for this part.

Hope this helps :D
